This investment in automation allows us to eliminate many of the processes that come with fully custom cabinetry such as labor-intensive adjustments, longer project sign-off, waiting for drawings, etc. Instead, we offer precision-built cabinets at scale.
BS1L
Our recently expanded facility is home to this new production line, Batch Size 1 Line (BS1L). An 800-foot-long, fully automated system designed to optimize material usage and improve efficiency. Batch Size One Line processes cabinet components in the exact order needed for assembly, reducing waste and increasing production capacity.

Instead of building from scratch each time, we use predefined cabinet configurations that maintain quality while streamlining the manufacturing process.
