Choose an area where you’d like to experience some transformation. Visualize the highest possible outcome that you would like to be living in this area of your life 6-12 months from now.
Take a look at the last year. What did you accomplish? What was a struggle for you? Think about how and why you reached your goals this year (or why you didn’t) to help you succeed again in 2024.
Get together with some friends to brainstorm goals together! It is fun to chat about the future with some of the people who know you best. You can hold each other accountable and cheer each other on!
Once you have your goals set, create milestones for them on a timeline: 3 months from now, 6 months from now, and 1 year from now. This way you can have checkpoints to see if you are on track with your goals and help you visualize how long each goal will take.
Self-reflection is the key to self-awareness. It allows you to look neutrally at your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and actions.
It is about questioning what you do and why you do it. Through this practice, you’ll be able to look at yourself with newfound interest and curiosity.
